Sierra de Gredos is part of the Sistema Central, therefore it is one of the oldest mountain formations in the Iberian Peninsula, especially the central and western sector of the mountain range, with the highest peak Almanzor at 2591 m.

Perfect organisation, beautiful walks, and nice explanations about history, botanics and geography during the hikes. I enjoyed the beautiful landscapes and the silence of the nature on Sierra de Gredos trails!
