Langtang Valley Trekking is one of the best and popular holiday trekking routes among the trekkers inside Nepal. Also this is the nearest Himalayan trekking region from Kathmandu valley. 105 Kilometers to the northern side and it is about seven hours bus ride from Kathmandu valley. Offered with many natural, cultural and other beautiful charms, Langtang valley route is among busy routes for trekking after Everest and Annapurna Region.

Which is the best season to do this trek?

This trek can be visited all over the year. But during the monsoon, the trail becomes slippery and difficult to do. Hence the best season to visit and capture the beauty of this route is from March to May in spring season and from September to November in autumn. Since this route is easy, there is no need of any prior experience to trek in this route.

Standard itinerary of Langtang Valley Trek

Day 01: Arrival in Nepal and transfer to the hotel

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi

Day 03: Trek to Lama hotel

Day 04: Trek to Langtang village

Day 05: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa

Day 06: Hike to Tserko ri or Kyanjin Ri
